Pax Canine Operations was founded by twin brothers Elliott Felix and Zachary Felix, working dog professionals whose careers have been shaped by real-world deployments in austere environments, disciplined canine work, and the understanding that comes with sending a dog and handler into uncertain conditions.

With a combined background in concealed-human detection, narcotics interdiction, explosive detection, force protection, and U.S. Special Operations canine training, their work is defined by disciplined odor commitment, controlled canine behavior, handler clarity, communication, environmental proofing, tactical composure, and justifiable canine deployments.
